We are so very lucky to live in such an awesome neighborhood with amazing neighbors. Leah, my neighbor, had asked me to capture her family and some maternity portraits as she is expecting her 3rd baby in August. I was honored to capture this special time for them. They are the sweetest little family.
I remember when they first moved in my husband told me that Luke was a UFC Fighter. We thought it was pretty awesome because before kids Corey and I used to watch a lot of UFC fights on TV and Corey even watched one of the reality shows that the UFC had that Luke was in, too! They own Ronin Fitness where both our kids have been going the past two years to learn Jiu Jitsu. The instructors, Vitor & Laurah, are so amazing with the kids and both my kids have learned so much! It’s a great gym.
Here are some of my favorites of this adorable family. Gia is such a sweet little girl. Storm always has a huge smile on his face whenever I see him. I always loved Storm’s hair cut,it inspired me to cut my son’s hair just like his. I just love that style. And Leah, you look gorgeous and I am always in awe how you are able to continue to stay fit and work out while you are pregnant. I wish I had that much energy when I was pregnant with my kiddos!
I chose to shoot at The Columbus Park of Roses. It was a perfect summer day, all the roses were in full bloom, the sun was setting perfectly and my subjects were all gorgeous, too!
